(More customer reviews)Let me first say I am very familiar with game cams and this particular one was Very Impressive in almost every aspect but one... The pictures were very clear... the internal viewer was nice... the accuracy, sensativity and trigger time were amazing !! The one bad thing is : out of 100 beautiful detailed (night) pictures roughly 20 of them were solid black ... This ticked me off SO much because everything else was perfect - again the pictures were beautiful... I thought I had ended my long quest for the perfect Cam.. But , I am not going to settle for 1/5 of the night pictures being completely black.. I did in fact google the problem I was able to find one entry on chasinggame by the moderator that said it needed the "firmware" updated to correct this issue... Well I attempted the "firmware" update with the supplied CD and it would not allow me to make any updates. I then attempted to perform the update on the manufactures website and that did not work correctly either... It will be returned and I do regret it because I think with the proper update ( which I could not obtain) this could have very well been the best cam I had ever owned !!
