I bought this for a friend with hearing difficulties, and he is so pleased with it. He used to have to sit quietly (No TV or radio) waiting when he was expecting someone in order to be able to tell when someone was at his door and, if someone unexpectedly knocked on his door, he usually did not know it and missed the person. Now the light blinks brightly, and he can hear the louder chime, too. It is a wonderful product, super easy to set up, and I highly recommend it.

Streamlight 75813 Stinger DS C4 LED Flashlight with AC/DC Steady Charge, Black Review

Streamlight 75813 Stinger DS C4 LED Flashlight with AC/DC Steady Charge, Black
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Let's face it, The future lies in LED lights now, rather than on incandescent xenon lights. The Streamlight Stinger DS with C4 LED would be the perfect candidate to replace your old Stinger.
Pros:
-This is a LED LIGHT so it uses less energy, generates less heat, and thus lasts a longer time than incandescent models.
-The LED module is a C4 LED, so it is much brighter than regular LEDs and it has a better "throw" than incandescent lights.
-It has two switches, one below the reflector head, and the other one on the tailcap. This allows you to use it in "patrol mode" or in "tactical mode."
-It is made to the same standards as the old Stingers, so you get that "solid" metal feel, except that this light comes with rubber in the middle for enhanced grip.
-Anti-roll ring included
-Has several output modes, thus allowing you to bargain between brightness and time the battery lasts. The flashlight also has a Strobe mode, which can be used to disorient a subject if the light is ever needed for self defense.
-**This light says it is rated at 80 lumens, but with the new C4 technology, the lumen rating has escalated to about 140. This makes it slightly brighter than the Pelican 7060, and both lights have a far-reaching throw. You'll be happy with either this light or the Pelican 7060, but I'd recommend this light to those who prefer a metallic body (since 7060 is made of hard polymer plastic), and the Stinger LED DS is a few bucks less expensive, and has more accessories available to you.Cons:
Not that many cons. The only bad thing is that they could have used a better reflector to get a "perfect" circle in the central beam. If you've ever had a Pelican 7060, you will know what I mean by "perfect circle." However, if you've never had a Pelican 7060, you will not even notice this tiny flaw.
Overall it's a great light to use on duty, or to carry in the car, or for personal use. It's a very good investment, because you will never need to buy batteries for it.

The Streamlight Stinger DS LED is a rechargeable flashlight with a super-bright C4 LED that triples the brightness of a regular LED. Featuring dual-switch technology for single-handed operation, durable and water-resistant materials for use in extreme conditions, and the option for three different levels of intensity, the Stinger DS LED Flashlight is ideal for use at home, work, outdoors, and more.
Bright, Long-Lasting LightWeighing 12.8 ounces, the Streamlight Stinger DS LED Flashlight is 8.85 inches long, 1.17 inches in diameter at the body, and 1.62 inches in diameter at the head. The Stinger DS features three brightness levels: producing 180 lumens of light for two hours at the highest brightness, 95 lumens for three hours and 45 minutes at the medium brightness, and 45 lumens for seven hours and 15 minutes at the low brightness. The strobe function has a run time of up to five hours and 30 minutes.
The rechargeable three-cell, 3.6-volt sub-C nickel-cadmium battery (included) saves you time and money and can be recharged up to 1,000 times (charger included). It will steady charge in ten hours, or in two and a half hours on an optional fast, or PiggyBack, charger.
The Advantages of LEDsAn LED is ideal for lights that are used often and over an extended period of time. You don't have to worry about breaking the light, since there is no glass or filament, and you rarely have to replace LEDs because they can last a lifetime. Save time and money on batteries as well--they will last much longer with an LED than with a regular light bulb.
C4 Technology Provides Powerful IlluminationWith Streamlight's specially engineered reflector and innovative C4 technology, the Stinger DS features a brighter, more powerful light than any prior LED on the market. C4 Photonic Crystal technology almost triples the brightness and creates an intense beam that pierces darkness. Optimized electronics provide regulated intensity, and the deep-dish parabolic reflector produces a tight beam with optimum peripheral illumination to aid in navigation. The C4 LED is impervious to shock and has a 50,000-hour lifetime.
Multi-Function Push Button for Convenient Operation The Stinger DS feature dual-switch technology. Designed for long life and tested at one million actuations, the multi-function, on/off push-button switches are located at the head and tail cap. Convenient and easy to use, each switch independently clicks through all light modes--high beam, medium beam, low beam, or strobe.
Durably Constructed for Use in Extreme ConditionsMachined from solid, aircraft-grade aluminum, the Stinger DS features a nonslip, rubberized grip for increased comfort and an unbreakable and scratch-resistant polycarbonate lens. It is ideal for use in automotive, hardware, law enforcement, security, sporting, and outdoor applications.
The Streamlight Stinger DS LED Flashlight is backed by a manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty.

SureFire E2D LED Defender Flashlight Max-200 Lumens E2DL-BK Review

SureFire E2D LED Defender Flashlight Max-200 Lumens E2DL-BK
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
This has become my second Surefire flashlight in 13 years. Ironically, Surefire seems to make such a dependable, durable, and well-designed piece of equipment that I can not be the frequent customer I should be. Prior to this I owned a 9N flashlight, but the bulb assembly finally broke and can not be replaced.
Enter the E2D LED.
I was first impressed with the smallness of this flashlight. It fits very nicely into my hand, and equally so in a pocket. It feels very light. The double-tap activation switch works well, and I believe it to be a great bit of practical design. I do not miss the "twist" type of activation switch from my previous Surefire. Switching from High to Low power on the E2D LED does take a bit of practice, but once you get your timing down, it's not a consideration.
The full-power brightness of this light is awe-inspiring. I still feel almost blinded when initially firing this light up. I sometimes squint to overcome it. Seriously. The lower lumen setting is more than adequate for most night-work, but I can see the effect of shining the full-power light into someone's eyes. The light cast by this flashlight is smooth, even, and far-reaching.
The ruggedness of the flashlight is good. The lens is well protected and sturdy, and the light has yet to fail due to mechanical defect. I've had it for roughly 6 months now, and it has become an almost daily-use tool. Incidentally, I am still on the first set of batteries.
My only gripe with the flashlight is that the tail-cap prevents "flat-thumbing" the activation switch. It's hard to describe, but you have to almost reach your thumb over the tail cap wall, and point inwards ever so slightly to activate the switch. For momentary activation it's no problem, but to click the light on permanently takes some finesse. This is by no means a problem overall, but I figure I have to find some flaws, right?
In the end, this flashlight is well worth the initial high cost. If it lasts the 13 years that my 9N did, I will consider the cost to be a steal, actually. The powerful brightness of the flashlight, the ergonomic feel, and the fact that it has an incredibly technical (almost Star Wars) like look makes this the best flashlight I've owned.
This is one mean piece of equipment, and will surely last through some high abuse.

Petzl E49 PA Tactikka Plus Adapt Headlamp Review

Petzl E49 PA Tactikka Plus Adapt Headlamp
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
It's disappointing to see Petzl discontinue manufacture of this model and form factor. Petzl, and other headlamp manufacturers, have moved toward either heavy-duty or light-duty lamps, leaving a vacuum where this model once stood. It has the weight and specs of a light-duty lamp, but the over-the-head strap found on heavy-duty headlamps. This over-the-head strap is key to comfort, because it allows you to slacken the around-the-head strap. I've found this lamp quite comfortable during long hours of use while camping and stargazing, and its brightness, battery life, and red filter make it well-suited for any tasks during these activities. I was so confidant of this model that I gave it to a friend before she went abroad with the Peace Corps, and reports are that it's perfect for navigating pitch-black roads at night and for doing housework when the power goes out.

LRI FMW Photon Freedom LED Keychain Micro-Light, White Beam Review

LRI FMW Photon Freedom LED Keychain Micro-Light, White Beam
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I have been using Photon Lights for years and they are my favorite type of flashlight. The best thing about them is they're always there when you need them! They take up very little space on your keychain. The Photon Micro has fully electronic dimmer functions, strobe lights, and morse code signaling capability -- definitely a good toy for a gadget freak.
These lights last a long time (much longer than the cheapies!), even more if you have and use the dimmer when you want to preserve your night vision. It's also easy to replace the batteries with standard inexpensive CR2016 or CR2032 batteries, depending on which light you have.
There's a very convenient plastic clip mount available which you can use to attach your Photon to a hat, headband, bike or anything else. If you get the Photon Freedom Micro light, the clip and a keychain quick release are included.
Make sure your Photon Light is the new "2x brighter" edition if you're going for a white LED, or look into other colors/options. IR, UV, multicolor versions are available. There's a "covert" body style available which doesn't throw as much light to the sides - also good for preserving night vision.
Best all around is the new 2x bright white which is actually real white light (not light blue like older LED designs). The coolest looking color is probably the turquoise. The best combo for night hiking is the Freedom Micro Green (Covert).

'Flood Light' Head Lamp: 9 LED NINE Super-Bright LED Review

'Flood Light' Head Lamp: 9 LED NINE Super-Bright LED
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I'm a technologist, and spend time under desks, inside equipment cabinets, and up in ceilings. A good hands-free light is a great tool to have.
The light itself is very good. Despite only using three AAA cells, the brightest setting provided a lot of light. The small battery also meant it was small and lightweight. The headband, with a loop around and a loop over, was pretty good.
It has three brightness settings, plus a flashing setting, plus "Off". That is all controlled by a single push-button, which cycles through the settings. I found this more annoying than anything else -- I'd rather a simple on/off. I always went for the brightest setting. I think this is more of a gimmick than anything else.
More seriously, it suffers from from cheap construction. Thin plastic. A piece of cosmetic trim broke off almost right away. The lens over the light tended to get loose and fall off easily. And the plastic clips holding the band off broke off after a few months, turning it into a hand-held flashlight.
If it was a more durable design, this would be a great product. As is, it's just not strong enough for real-world use.

ITP Light A6 Polestar 700 Lumen Cree MC-E LED Flashlight Black Review

ITP Light A6 Polestar 700 Lumen Cree MC-E LED Flashlight Black
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
This light is a fantastic buy if you really want one flashlight to be your last light you ever get. This is the most powerful flashlight you can reasonably get unless you either get a HID (high intensity discharge) which is way overkill and has other limitations... or if you read for hours on specialized forums and figure out how to buy $150+ lights.
First, we will discuss what its beam looks like:
This light has a very smooth beam. With a normal cheapo light if you shine it at a wall, you will see lots of rings and artifacts due to the plastic reflector.
The A6 does not have this effect at all. Holding it about a foot away from a wall, you will see that it has a hotspot of around 3 inch diameter. Then it has a corona which is about 18 inches in diameter which is called the spill.
The spill is what allows you to easily see your surroundings late at night. If you are walking, a super bright area of 3 feet across doesn't do much for you... its the corona that lights up the entire area so you can see what you are doing. I'd say about half the power of the light goes into the corona. A focused maglight for example has almost all its power in its focused hotspot by way of comparison.
The hotspot gives the light its 'throw'. This means that you can shine the light at something 50 feet away and still see it. The spill beam is effectively gone at that range, but your tight hotspot has expanded into a nice spotlight effect.
The A6 is considered to be more of a 'flooder' than a thrower, which means its hotspot and corona are fairly wide. The light itself is a warm white color. Against a white wall, it will appear white with a bit of yellow tint... around 4100K if this helps. This is unlike an incandescent which is around 3000k and has a definite yellowish or 'warm' feel to it, and a 6500k flourescent which has a 'cold, clinical' feel to it.
Size:
This light is not as big as I thought it would be. It is about as fat as a C-battery light, but it is only slightly longer than your hand.
Modes:
The light is turned on and off by clicking the button. Holding the button down makes it advance thru its 4 modes. First is a low powered mode about equal to a 9-LED 5 buck special light. Medium is significantly brighter and high is very powerful. Finally, it has a strobe which is great for showing off and a Rave, but not very useful to be honest.
Batteries:
The main advantage of this light is that it uses normal batteries. That said, DO NOT USE ALKALINEs with this light. You can, but on high mode it will burn your batteries down fast! This is because the light draws around 2.8 Amps of current, which is really hard on 6xAA alkalines. Rechargables work a lot better for higher drain applications such as this light.
Your best bet is to get Sanyo Eneloops. Amazon has a great package with 8AA, 2AAA, and a charger (and some other junk). These AAs have much better capacity than the old NiCads, and they dont lose their charge near as fast as standard NiMH rechargables, which means your light won't die on you after a few months of non-use. If you have the old ones, use em. But if you have no rechargables, strongly consider using these. They have good shelf life too.
You can always use the same charger and battery type for many of your other electronics around the house. It is worth the investment.

Fenix PD30 Level High Performance Cree LED Flashlight Review

Fenix PD30 Level High Performance Cree LED Flashlight
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I couldn't be more than pleased with my PD30. Actually, I couldn't wait for dark to try it out. I took my dog for a walk around my marina and the light from this little thing reflected off buoys and buildings across the lake. I'm a boater and the SOS mode is a nice touch, but the main reason I bought this was for its strobe function.
Instead of carrying a firearm or Taser, which are prohibited at my workplace, I carry this. We carry our night deposits from the store and that walk to the car is the worst part. This unit WILL and DOES disorient people to the point where I could get to safety if approached. My co-workers who spent hundreds+ on firearms laughed at me and I put them to the test. Even in broad daylight, my cynical volunteers were taken aback by the stunning, blinding light and changed their tune. It's about the same length as my Leatherman tool, so both fit on my belt with no discomfort. This thing is smaller than I thought and still can't believe the light it puts out!
The instructions were not very clear on the different settings. It does have different light intensities by not only turning the bezel, but also by tapping the thumb cap.
This is worth every penny.

Petzl E89 P TacTikka XP Adapt LED Headlamp with 3 Colored Lenses, Black Review

Petzl E89 P TacTikka XP Adapt LED Headlamp with 3 Colored Lenses, Black
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
This head lamp is incredibly bright, and it does its job very well! I could not be happier with it and I would say it's easily worth the money. I recently got a cheaper head lamp at a retail store and I was terribly disappointed in every way. It was dim, not very adjustable, and it broke after 2 or 3 uses. This lamp is quite the opposite. If I remember right, it has 3 regular brightness settings plus a "burst mode" which is insanely bright. You do have to hold down the "burst mode" button the entire time you use it though (to prevent overheating, I think), but it's so bright without it that you really shouldn't need it much.
I've used it for working on the car, mowing the lawn at night (long story), as an alternative to turning all the house lights on and off as I go downstairs in the middle of the night for water runs (yeah yeah, I know...), reading in the car at night, and a dozen other things. Despite my heavy use, I still haven't had to change the batteries yet either.
It's also worth mentioning that the filters work very well. They all diffuse the beam very nicely and evenly, and the red one is very useful for star gazing or any other activity where you need to see in the dark without destroying your night vision. Most of the time when I'm using the lamp I have the white diffusing filter on.
Over all, I couldn't be happier with this product. Actually, there is one thing that could make me happier: I'd like it if the top strap was detachable. Other than that, this product is perfect!

This is the flashlight I was looking for two flashlights and $100.00+ before. Palm sized, easy to find a belt holster for, BRIGHT, and has three light options (BRIGHT, not so bright, and flashing. It uses rechargable 18650 batteries, or if necessary a couple of regular C123s. And with the crenulated housing rim, I guess you could hurt someone after you BLINDED them. Did I mention it's BRIGHT?

Joby Gorillatorch Flare Adjustable and Flexible Tripod Flashlight Review

Joby Gorillatorch Flare Adjustable and Flexible Tripod Flashlight
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
As with the original, this light comes with Joby's bendable legs and magnetic feet. You can stand the light up and aim it anywhere, wrap the legs around post, poles, and pipes for where there's no place to stand it, and stick it to anything to which a magnet will stick. Bottom line is you'll be hard pressed to find a situation where you couldn't find a place to set the light and have it illuminate what you want.
The question is, do you want this one or the original (Joby Gorilla torch Adjustable and Flexible Tripod Flashlight, Gray)? The difference isn't really in the price, $35 vs $30. It's not in the amount of light (as you'll see). The choice is based on the kind of light you need.
It's not clear from the description but this light has six settings (seven if you count "off"). Those settings are:
- White light low
- White light medium
- White light high
- White high and blinking
- Red light
- Red light blinking
- Off
You cycle through the settings by repeatedly pressing a button. When you get to the one you want you stop pressing. A nice feature of this light (not mentioned in the instructions) is if you hold the button down for a few seconds it will turn off and the next time you turn it on it will start at whatever setting it and been in.
If you plan on using this as a work light then I'd image the only one your interested in is the high white light setting. (BTW, the white light is actually a tad blue and that's not uncommon with LED lights.)
The light output is a fairly bright, fairly wide circle. One of the main issues many reviewers and owners of the original light had was that the beam was too narrow. One extremely helpful reviewer suggested using a piece of Glad Press 'n Seal to act as a diffuser. That spreads the bright part of the beam out a bit but nowhere as much as this light. However, with the original light with it's narrower beam, even though it's not rated for as many lumens, results is a brighter light at the center.
So, which light is better? Well, it depends. If you need a very bright beam that's fairly tightly focused then I suggest the original. If you need a wider beam of light, something that provides a more than adequate amount of light over a wider area then you might prefer this one. It's like the difference between a spot light and a flood light.
Other notes... the description is somewhat cryptic about the LEDs. There are four of them, one is the high-power white Cree and the other three are red lights. Also, I really wish there was some way to have this light just cycle between off and the high white setting. I can see using the other options if I was camping or on a SWAT team. However, to work on a car engine or just about anything else I'm likely to encounter high will do just fine.
The bottom line: this is an excellent light and about as versatile as any I've seen. FWIW, at least for the time being, this light will be replacing the original in my tool bag. I'll keep the original on hand for the times when I need that very bright spot light.
BTW, I feel that honest, effective reviews, accompanied by detailed videos, can take the place of first-hand experiences that are often lacking in online shopping. I've always appreciated the help I've received from other reviewers and try to return the favor as best as I can. I hope you found this review helpful and the video at least entertaining. If there was anything you thought was lacking or unclear leave a comment and I'll do what I can to fix it.

Streamlight 14001 Sidewinder Tactical Flashlight - IR LED, Olive Drab Green Review

Streamlight 14001 Sidewinder Tactical Flashlight - IR LED, Olive Drab Green
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I'm a flashlight junkie and own at least a dozen of various manufacture, from Maglights to Surefire. I purchased this light several weeks ago and I have to say it's superb and one of the better flashlights I've owned. It's very sturdy and well made, compact, and has a cool factor of 10.
Holding the power button down allows you to adjust the light intensity for each beam from soft to very bright (4 brightness settings). Exterior positive + markings are molded into the case exterior, allowing battery changes in total darkness by feel only. A wire holds the end cap on, preventing it from being dropped in the dark and thus rendering the light useless.

As an avid hunter and outdoorsman, the adjustable red and/or blue LED is perfect for stealth mode, keeping my presence in the dark to a minimum and preserving my night vision. Unlike the prior reviewer, I have no "halo" type beam with a dark center and bright outer edge, the beam is solid and consistent throughout all the different settings. The white light is clean with no yellow tinge and also adjusts from soft to very bright on its highest setting, more than sufficient to light up any task requiring precise vision.
The head is adjustable as well, allowing me to stand the light up on a surface and freeing both hands up. Something that's pretty difficult to do with a standard tubular flashlight. The black selector knob is easy to memorize by feel for night use and you can accurately pick which color beam you are selecting in the dark. The IR Beam is well marked with an external tab that can be identified in the dark and with a little effort its position can be memorized. I have not had any issues with selecting the wrong beam at the wrong time.
Streamlight put a lot of thought into this light and got it perfect as far as I'm concerned. It is about as superb a light as you can find for those of us who hunt or work in the dark and need more than just a light with a bright beam and an on/off switch.

Kidde i4618 Firex Hardwire Ionization Smoke Detector with Battery Backup Review

Kidde i4618 Firex Hardwire Ionization Smoke Detector with Battery Backup
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
My home was built in 2001, and it was equipped with Firex 120-1072B units in each room wired for interconnectivity. One of my units began to sound randomly even when there was no fire. I tried changing the battery, but I still had the same results. So after searching online, I found that the Kidde i4618 is the current replacement model.
After purchasing the model, I was hoping that I could use an adapter between the wiring in my Firex unit and the Kidde. However, I found that I was mistaken in what I thought I had read. I am about as unhandy a man as they come, and I really wasn't looking forward to rewiring for the new unit. The hardest part of the process turned out finding the correct breaker as mine are not labeled. At least for my house (please know that yours may well be different), the smoke detectors were on a dedicated breaker. Once I found it and switched it off, it was very easy from there. I removed the two screws from the bracket of the Firex unit and then uncapped the wires. The Firex wires were easy to remove. I rewired black, white, and red as indicated and put the yellow caps back on to cover the wires. Then it was a simple matter of screwing in the new mount, connecting the wire, and twisting the Kidde unit into place. Once I flipped the breaker back on, everything was back to normal.
There is one nice thing on these new units. The battery door is on the face of the unit rather than the back. The old Firex unit has the battery in the back, and it was a pain to replace the battery. Another nice improvement of the Firex unit is the power connector is much easier to plug and unplug without being insecure.
So if this is the replacement for your old Firex smoke alarm, don't hesitate to get this one from Kidde. I'm pleased with the results, and I think you will be too. Please feel free to ask questions in the comments section below.

Untitled Document
The Firex i4618 Hardwire Smoke Alarm by Kidde is an ionization smoke alarm that operates on a 120V power source with 9V battery backup. The Firex i4618 smoke alarm offers many benefits for installers and homeowners, such as its easy-access slide load front battery door.

This alarm is powered by your home's electricity and will interconnect with other smoke alarms in your home. Experts recommend interconnected alarms, because when one sounds, they all sound, providing an early warning against fire by dramatically increasing your ability to hear an alarm anywhere in your home, regardless of where the fire starts.

This alarm uses ionization sensing technology. Ionization sensing alarms may detect invisible fire particles (associated with flaming fires) sooner than photoelectric alarms. Photoelectric sensing alarms may detect visible particles (associated with smoldering fires) sooner than ionization alarms. Kidde strongly recommends that both ionization and photoelectric smoke alarms be installed to help insure maximum detection of the various types of fire that can occur within the home.

Interconnectable for Improved Safety Fire and consumer experts recommend interconnected alarms for added protection. According to the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), most Americans feel they are more at risk of being a victim of a tornado than of a house fire. Actually the opposite is true. Fires are more common than any other disaster that strikes a family at home, and can become deadly in minutes.

You have on average less than three minutes from the time you hear a smoke alarm to escape a fire. The sooner you hear an alarm, the sooner you can get out safely. Smoke alarms that link together so that when one goes off, they all go off, are called interconnected alarms. These alarms provide more warnings in more places, giving your family more time to escape a house fire. Houses built after 1993 are required by building codes to have interconnected alarms that are wired into their electrical system.

Interconnects with Other Devices Interconnects with all Kidde, Firex, Fyrnetics, Lifesaver and Nighthawk alarms, strobe lights, and relay modules with interconnect functionality.

Trademarked Hush Feature for Convenience By pressing the Hush button, you can easily and safely silence nuisance alarms caused by non-emergency situations, such as overcooked dinners.

This alarm's Smart Hush feature has the capability of temporarily desensitizing the alarm circuit for up to 8 minutes. This feature is to be used only when a known alarm condition, such as smoke from cooking, activates the alarm. The smoke alarm is desensitized by pushing the Test/Hush button on the smoke alarm cover. If the smoke is not too dense, the alarm will silence immediately. The red LED will illuminate for 1.5 seconds every 8 seconds while in hush. This indicates that the alarm is in a temporarily desensitized condition. The smoke alarm will automatically reset after approximately 8 minutes and sound the alarm if particles of combustion are still present. Smart Hush can be used repeatedly until the air has been cleared of the condition causing the alarm. Pushing the Test/Hush button on the alarm will end the hush period.

Reliable 9-Volt Battery Backup, Indicator LED, and Test Feature Because a smoke alarm only helps protect you if it's working, this unit features a red LED that flashes every 30 to 40 seconds to indicate that it is operating correctly. For additional peace of mind, the alarm also contains a test/reset button that enables you to periodically test its circuitry and horn.

The alarm's standard 9-volt battery provides continuous protection against smoke and fire hazards, even during power outages. The unit offers a low battery warning that issues a brief chirp every 30 to 40 seconds for at least seven days before losing power, letting you know that it's time to change the battery.

The unit measures just 5.6 inches in diameter and 1.8 inches deep, and it features a neutral, white finish. It includes tamper resist features to deter vandalism or theft.

This alarm is UL listed, so you can be confident of its quality, and it is backed by a 5-year limited warranty.

Brinkmann Maxfire Dual Xenon Spotlight Review

Brinkmann Maxfire Dual Xenon Spotlight
Average Reviews:

They call it a spotlight, but it is really a flashlight, which is misleading. It works well as a flashlight, with very bright white light shining 10 to 20 feet away in a dispersed pattern. Very comfortable to hold, and not too heavy.
The rechargeable battery in mine failed to hold a charge after only eight months. And the battery is not covered by the Brinkmann warranty, so the flashlight is already toast. Very disappointing.
