(More customer reviews)I got a couple of these lights suspecting that they were the exact same light I already have, with what sounded like a new LED chip and a substantial step up in lumens from what other reviews had said.
The bike light I have is a Serfas HL-1.1, and I got that one last year because of the fisheye lens and the ability to widen or narrow the beam. Well, guess what, THEY ARE exactly the same light! Even the parts are interchangeable. The HL-1.1 is probably 55-60 lumens on high, this is 80-85 lumens tops on the same setting, which seems like pretty poor efficiency for a CREE Q-5 LED chip.
If you want a pretty good, small LED flashlight that uses 3-AAA's for around the house or to use with the kids camping this is OK.
