I keep these little guys in my cars, bedside, camping equipment, emergency kit, near the gas and power shut off, everywhere I need a small, compact inexpensive flashlight that will last for 100's of hours on a 9v battery. The 3 led's are bright, but not blinding, and the switch is a little wimpy, but overall the construction is adequate, and this is the only one of these snap on flashlights that has an integral reflector to assist in focusing the beam. They're more than bright enough to see your way around a dark room, but no so bright that it blinds the driver if a passenger is reading or looking at a map. I highly recommend you get several of these and sprinkle them around the house in useful places (top of the basement stairs, junk drawer etc.) they also make great stocking stuffers, and children's flashlights. They're small enough that kids can handle them easily, and cheep enough that if they get lost or broken no one cares.
