However, when placed strategically close to the object or person that needs "mood lighting", it works great. It does move to the beat of the music and changes colors with many settings on the remote. Great for a party in your home or atmosphere in any room. I loved that the bulb didn't seem to heat up and it lasts a long time. As a stage performer and visual artist, I plan on getting plenty of use out of this unique product. Paid extra for one-day shipping and it arrived on time in great condition.
